Best WordPress Landing Page Builders in 2026 (Prices Compared)

A landing page has one job: get the visitor to take one action, such as joining your list, booking a call or buying a product. On WordPress you don’t need a separate landing page service for that. A page builder plugin can do it on the site you already pay for. The question is which builder, and what it really costs after the first year.

We compared five WordPress builders that are built for landing pages: Elementor, Brizy, SeedProd, Thrive Architect and Beaver Builder. All prices below come from each vendor’s official pricing page, in US dollars, for one website. Where a vendor shows a first-year discount, we also list the renewal price, because that is what you pay from year two.

Elementor: Best All-Round Choice

Elementor is the most widely used WordPress page builder. The free plugin alone is active on more than 10 million sites, according to WordPress.org. For landing pages, that size matters in a practical way: almost every theme, form plugin and email tool has an Elementor integration, and there are tutorials for nearly any layout you want to build.

Pricing: the free version covers the drag-and-drop editor and the basic widgets. The paid Essential plan is $5.00/mo billed yearly for one site and adds the Pro widgets, the Theme Builder and the Form Builder. If you want popups (for example an exit-intent email form), you need Advanced Solo or higher, because Essential does not include the Popup Builder.

Good to know: Elementor pages carry more code than a plain block-editor page. On a landing page with one goal that rarely matters, but keep an eye on load time if you build heavy layouts. A good host helps here; see our hosting guide for beginners.

Brizy: Simplest Editor, Flat Yearly Price

Brizy keeps the editing screen clean: you click on the page and edit it in place, with fewer panels and settings than Elementor. That makes it a good fit if you want a landing page live in an afternoon and don’t plan to become a page-builder expert.

Pricing: there is a free plugin on WordPress.org. Brizy Pro for WordPress starts at $69/yr for one website, and every Pro plan includes the popup builder, the landing page builder and the theme builder. Note that Brizy also sells a hosted Cloud version with monthly pricing; for a WordPress site you need the WordPress plugin plans.

Good to know: Brizy’s ecosystem is much smaller than Elementor’s (about 60,000 active installs of the free plugin on WordPress.org), so you will find fewer third-party add-ons and tutorials. If you are torn between the two, read our Elementor vs Brizy comparison.

SeedProd: Best for Coming-Soon and Sales Pages

SeedProd started as a coming-soon and maintenance-mode plugin, and it is still the easiest way to put a “launching soon” page with an email signup in front of an unfinished site. The free Lite version on WordPress.org handles exactly that.

Pricing: the Basic plan costs $39.50 for the first year for one site and renews at its full price of $79 a year. Basic includes the drag-and-drop builder, 50 Pro templates and subscriber management. The theme builder and email marketing integrations start on the Plus plan ($99.50 first year, then $199).

Good to know: budget for the renewal price, not the first-year price. SeedProd states on its pricing page that all renewals are at full price.

Thrive Architect: Built for Conversions

Thrive Architect is made for marketers. Its templates are sales pages, webinar signups and lead-generation pages, and some come with suggested copy you can adapt. There is no free version.

Pricing: the standalone plugin costs $99 for the first year and renews at $199 a year. A bundle with Thrive Optimize, which adds A/B testing of landing pages, costs $199 for the first year and $399 after that.

Good to know: A/B testing only pays off once a page gets steady traffic. If you are just starting, you won’t have enough visitors for a test to show a clear winner, and a free or cheaper builder is the better first step.

Beaver Builder: Stable Choice for Client Sites

Beaver Builder has been around since 2014 and is known among developers for clean output and careful updates. It has fewer flashy features than Elementor, but if you build sites for clients and want a builder that rarely surprises you after an update, it is worth a look.

Pricing: the free Lite version is on WordPress.org. The Starter plan costs $89 a year for one site, and Plus costs $179 a year for three sites.

Do You Need a Paid Builder at All?

Often, no. WordPress’s own block editor can build a simple landing page: a headline, a few paragraphs, an image and a signup form from your email tool. With a lightweight theme like Astra and its free starter templates, that is enough for many first landing pages, and it adds nothing to your yearly costs.

A paid builder starts to make sense when you need popups, countdown timers, many landing pages in a consistent design, or templates that save you hours of layout work. Elementor, Brizy, SeedProd and Beaver Builder all have free versions, so you can try the editor on your own site before paying.

Key features to check on any landing page builder

  • Form or email integration: can the signup form send contacts straight to your email tool?
  • Popups: are they in your plan, or only in a higher tier?
  • Templates: are there landing page templates close to what you need?
  • Renewal price: what will you pay in year two?
  • Number of sites: does the plan cover every site you run?

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the best free landing page builder for WordPress?

For most people, the free version of Elementor, because of its size and template library. For a simple coming-soon page with an email signup, SeedProd Lite is quicker to set up.

Do I need a landing page builder if I use Elementor already?

No. Elementor is itself a landing page builder; you can create landing pages with it like any other page. Popups need the Advanced Solo plan or higher.

Why is the renewal price higher than the price I see?

Some vendors, such as SeedProd and Thrive Themes, show a discounted first-year price and renew at the full price. Elementor’s Essential plan and Brizy’s WordPress plans are listed without a first-year discount. Always check the renewal terms on the vendor’s pricing page before you buy.

Can a landing page builder slow down my site?

It can add extra code to the pages built with it. For a landing page with one goal, this is usually manageable. Good hosting and a caching plugin help more than switching builders.
